Cesium CEO Patrick Cozzi Announced as An EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2023 Greater Philadelphia Award Winner
On June 8, members of the Greater Philadelphia entrepreneurial community gathered to celebrate Ernst & Young LLP’s annual Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards.
The Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards program is one of the preeminent competitive awards for entrepreneurs and leaders of high-growth companies.
Cesium CEO Patrick Cozzi was selected as a winner by an independent judging panel made up of previous award winners, leading CEOs, investors, and other regional business leaders. The candidates were evaluated based on their demonstration of building long-term value through entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth and impact, among other core contributions and attributes.

“Every one of our teammates has contributed to our collective success, so thanks and congrats to our team,” Patrick said in his acceptance speech. “We’re a unique bunch. We’re unique in how we approach the market. We do open source software, so that means a lot of our product is free, which then means that we can have users that we don’t even know we have. And that can seem like a problem, but it’s these users that help us see our potential and understand our value. They took us from aerospace into construction, into the metaverse, and together we built that ecosystem with the user community, so I want to give a big thanks to our users, and thank you to EY.”
