Sam Melanchuk Joins Cesium to Lead People Operations

We are seeing overwhelming interest in the Cesium platform, which enables digital transformation of industries from smart construction to training and simulation. To meet this interest, the Cesium team is growing rapidly, and we are happy to welcome Sam Melanchuk to Cesium as Head of People Operations to accelerate our growth.

Sam will lead our recruiting efforts to rapidly grow our team. She has been involved in recruiting and hiring in the human resources departments of a number of companies, but her favorite environment is in tech startups where she enjoys having a big impact on building teams.

She will also continue to make Cesium one of Philly’s most desirable places to work. From organizing social coding events and colleague-led training courses to sending work-from-home care packages, we’ve built our team culture around helping individuals reach their potential, and Sam will build on that tradition. We’re excited for the experience and enthusiasm she brings to Cesium.
