Justin Dehorty

Platform AI

Justin brings AI to the Cesium and Bentley ecosystem, building agentic workflows and developer tooling that make 3D technology easier to work with. His focus is connecting large language models to CesiumJS through the Model Context Protocol and Agent Skills, including Sandcastle Copilot and Cesium Skills.

Justin has worked in the field since 2016, starting with research involving computer vision at the Georgia Institute of Technology and natural language processing at the National Institutes of Health. Since joining Bentley Systems in 2020, he has co-authored multiple AI patents and chairs Bentley's AI Community of Practice.

For fun, Justin is drawn to problems that don't have answers yet. He was inducted into TradingView's Hall of Fame for his open-source work in algorithmic trading, and has used AI-driven workflows to add six new integer sequences to a 51-year-old open problem posed by Paul Erdős, now recorded in the Online Encyclopedia of Integer Sequences.
