Dan VanBrunt

Dan is responsible for federal business development and technical sales at Cesium, bringing over 20 years of experience driving strategic growth across the DoD and Intelligence Community. Specializing in technologies like geospatial analytics, space domain awareness, and tactical ISR, Dan excels at building key partnerships and aligning complex technical capabilities with critical national security missions. 

He holds a BS from West Virginia University and a MS from North Carolina State University. Throughout his career with top-tier services and product-based firms, Dan has experienced the value of open standards and interoperability, making his transition to Cesium’s mission a perfect fit. 

Outside of work, Dan is an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves water and mountain sports. He spends much of his free time on the road, traveling and exploring the scenic landscapes of the US and Canada with his family.
