At Cesium, the health and safety of our team and their families is one of our top priorities. That’s why, instead of raising the cost of medical benefits this year as most companies (small and large) are doing due to COVID-19, Cesium is doing the opposite. As we looked into renewal plans for 2021, we decided to introduce multiple medical benefit plans that cover our team and their dependents at no cost to the team member, as well as more plan options.
Generally, small companies and start-ups aren’t known for offering strong benefits, but Cesium will continue to provide outstanding benefits for our team because it’s what we believe in.
