Jordi Torres Fabra Joins the Cesium 3D Team

I’m happy to announce that Jordi Torres Fabra has joined Cesium’s 3D team.

Jordi brings years of experience with massive data visualization, GIS, and 3D. He sees tiling and rendering as interconnected and will contribute heavily to our tiling pipelines and runtime engines.

Jordi has worked in both academia and industry, where he’s focused on massive data visualization, both native and over the web. From geometry processing to rendering, from point clouds to photogrammetry models, Jordi has spent the last decade optimizing visualization.

Jordi earned an MSc in computer graphics and artifical intelligence at the Polytechnical University of Valencia.
