Ashley Rogers Joins Cesium to Contribute to Game Engine Plugins and Workflows

We’re very pleased to welcome Ashley Rogers to the Cesium team as a 3D software developer. Ashley has joined the Native Runtimes squad, where she’ll be contributing to our game engine integrations, including Cesium for Unreal and Cesium for Unity.

Ashley Rogers

Ashley is very familiar with game engines. Since earning a BA in Game and Interactive Media Design at Becker College, she’s worked in and around games, including at Petricore and TrickyFast, where she worked with Unity, and at Wave, a metaverse startup working on virtual concerts, first in Unity and now in Unreal. Ashley has also published two games with Dejobaan Games: AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! Remastered and T-Minus 30

“What I like most about making games is working with the underlying engines and graphical technologies that power them. I joined the Cesium team so I could contribute to the technologies that will power the next generation of interactive tools and experiences.”

- Ashley Rogers

Outside of work, Ashley plays the guitar, sings karaoke—she finds “Flagpole Sitta” by Harvey Danger a reliable standard—and plays simulation and strategy games like Factorio, Stellaris, and Cities: Skylines
