The deadline to submit proposals for FOSS4G NA 2018 is coming up fast! The North America Free and Open Source Software for Geospatial conference will be held in the shadow of the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, Missouri, May 14–16. This is one of our favorite annual events and we are big supporters of the conference. This year Gabby Getz of the Cesium team is serving on the program committee.
Workshop proposals are due January 15, and talk proposals are due February 8. Once the submissions are in, there is a period of community review so you can vote for the talks you’d most like to see.
This is a great opportunity to share your passion for geospatial projects and open-source software with like-minded people. We had a fantastic time at FOSS4G last year and are looking forward to another good event. We’re working on our own talk proposals now. You should definitely consider sharing your work there!
