Appendix A: Cesium Global 3D Content

Cesium Global 3D Content consists of:

  • Cesium Moon Terrain
  • Cesium OSM Buildings
  • Cesium World Bathymetry
  • Cesium World Terrain
  • Japan 3D Buildings
  • Japan Regional Data
  • Sentinel-2 Imagery
  • Additional Content

Definitions

A. "Additional Content" means any content additional to Cesium Global 3D Content expressly defined herein that Cesium generally makes available to customers with or through the Licensed Services, but does not include any such additional content for which Cesium charges additional fees unless such additional fees are included in Your Fees. As of the Effective Date, Additional Content includes Bing Maps Content and Google Maps Content (see Appendix B).

B. "Cesium Moon Terrain" means the 3D Tiles dataset of the moon that Cesium curates, processes and makes generally available for license by customers.

C. "Cesium OSM Buildings" means the 3D Tiles dataset of global buildings that Cesium derives from OpenStreetMap, processes into 3D Tiles and makes generally available for license by customers.

D. "Cesium World Bathymetry" means worldwide terrain data, including underwater surfaces for oceans and other bodies of water, that Cesium curates, processes and makes generally available for license by customers.

E.  "Cesium World Terrain" means worldwide terrain data that Cesium curates, processes and makes generally available for license by customers.

F.  "Japan 3D Buildings" means a 3D Tiles dataset of buildings across the country of Japan that Cesium processes and makes generally available for license by customers.

G. "Japan Regional Data" means terrain data for Japan that Cesium curates, processes and makes generally available for license by customers.

H. "Sentinel-2 Imagery" means certain worldwide Sentinel-2 cloudless imagery that Cesium processes and makes generally available for license by customers.
