Appendix C: Account Responsibilities

• If You live in a country in the European Region, You must be at least 16 years old to use the Licensed Services or such greater age required in Your country to register for or use the Licensed Services. If You live in any other country except those in the European Region, You must be at least 13 years old to use the Licensed Services or such greater age required in Your country to register for or use the Licensed Services. In addition to being of the minimum required age to use the Licensed Services under applicable law, if You are not old enough to have authority to agree to our Terms in Your country, Your parent or guardian must agree to the SaaS MLA on Your behalf.
• You must be human. No "bots" or automated registration devices are permitted to create an account.  You shall not impersonate or misrepresent Your affiliation with any person or entity.
• For the free Community Plan, You are only allowed to sign up for one Account, and You are the only person authorized to log into that Account.
• When You create an Account, that Account must have a unique username and password that You must keep secure.  All personal information used to create the Account or that You otherwise submit to Cesium in connection with Your Account or the Licensed Services is subject to Cesium’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and You consent to usage or such personal information as set forth in such Policies.  Cesium may amend its Privacy and Cookie Policies at any time and You agree to such amended Policies and, without limiting the foregoing, Your continued use of the Licensed Services following any such amendment will signify Your assent to an acceptance of the amended Polices.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Licensed Services and You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You agree to keep Your Account information current.  You must notify Cesium promptly in the event of a change in Your contact information or other information related to Your Account.
• You acknowledge that if You wish to protect Your transmission of data or files to Cesium, it is Your responsibility to use a secure encrypted connection to communicate with the Services. 
• You are responsible for anything that occurs on Your Account, whether or not You authorized it. You should immediately notify Cesium of any unauthorized use of Your account . Cesium is not responsible for any harm that may result from Your use of the Licensed Services, nor will Cesium be liable for any losses or damages caused by unauthorized use. However, You may be liable for the losses that Cesium or others incur due to Your use of the Licensed Services or by unauthorized use of Your Account. If You become aware of unauthorized use, You must notify Cesium immediately and cooperate with Cesium to respond to the security breach.
