Brian Thomas Joins the Cesium Team as Staff Cloud Engineer

I’m happy to welcome Brian Thomas as the newest addition to the Cesium team. As a senior cloud engineer, Brian will lend his expertise to further advance the scalability, efficiency, and security of Cesium ion and its related cloud infrastructure, which handles over 50 million requests a day and growing.

Brian has more than twenty years of experience with cloud services and IT, including two years spent working at Microsoft Azure and nine at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He’s an SME in S3 and CloudFront. While at Amazon, Brian supported major organizations in building scalable, efficient, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
