czm_eyeHeight2D

An automatic GLSL uniform containing height (x) and height squared (y) of the eye (camera) in the 2D scene in meters.

Like all automatic uniforms, czm_eyeHeight2D does not need to be explicitly declared. However, it can be explicitly declared when a shader is also used by other applications such as a third-party authoring tool.
