Peter Gagliardi

Peter works on Cesium’s runtime engine, contributing to 3D graphics and analytics projects that enable Cesium’s beautiful and precise visualizations of our world.
Peter earned a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics at Drexel University. He brings to Cesium a broad interest in rendering techniques, both photorealistic and artistic, for creating powerful visualizations. During his time at Drexel, Peter developed various graphics projects including a virtual museum of rendering techniques, a shader art gallery, and a Google Cardboard app to simulate neurological vision disorders.
In his free time, Peter makes abstract art in various forms. Most notably, he draws with fountain pens and makes fractal art.
