3D Software Developer
Rachel works with both Cesium and the Cesium community.
Both an engineer and an artist, Rachel contributes to all things Cesium, including applying her passion for teaching and writing to support the ever-growing Cesium community. She was the project manager for the Cesium arcade game, has spoken at TEDxPenn, and is active on the Cesium forum. She empowers users to get the most out of Cesium development. She has an MS in computer graphics and game technology from the University of Pennsylvania, and also teaches there. Rachel previously worked on VR at Prologue Immersive and spent two summers as an intern at Google. Away from the computer, Rachel enjoys writing, board games, Magic the Gathering, and pie making. She also helps organize the world’s largest scavenger hunt.
