Frank provides strategic guidance for product and business development.
Frank joined AGI in 1991 as a software engineer and has since served many roles at AGI including vice president of technical services and vice president of marketing. He began his professional career in 1986 with Stanford Telecommunications, Inc. of Reston, VA, as part of the System Engineering Division’s Advanced Programs team. Frank is on the advisory board of American Aerospace Technologies, Inc., and he received his B.S. in electrical engineering and computer science from Johns Hopkins University in 1985. As an avid Turbo Pascal and Turbo C coder, Frank also wrote his original documentation using nroff and troff, once successfully completing a 10 page manual with no print errors on the first try. Frank likes to build or remodel anything that he can get his hands on. Frank also does not enjoy golf.
