Ben Jewett Joins the Cesium Team for XR Development

We’re delighted to welcome Ben Jewett to the Cesium team. Ben brings a strong background in XR applications to our expanding research and development in Cesium for virtual and augmented reality. With broad experience in eLearning and simulation, Ben has previously worked at delivering enterprise level virtual and augmented reality experiences to clients in the medical, manufacturing and industrial fields. Ben will be working to expand the use Cesium on XR platforms for immersive 3D geospatial applications and solutions.

Ben holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Multimedia from the University of the Arts with a background in game design. He has also been a Peace Corps Volunteer, teaching 3D graphics, interactive software, and English at The National University of Computer Science in Madagascar.
