Cesium Release Roundup January 2021
Happy New Year! This month we’ve made improvements to Cesium as we look forward to a great year building the future of geospatial.
CesiumJS 1.77 release
CesiumJS 1.77 is now available. Highlights of the release include:
- Added ElevationBand material, which maps colors and gradients to exact elevations. ElevationBand allows unique colors and gradients to be mapped to many different elevation ranges while maintaining high performance.
- Fixed an issue where changing a model or tileset’s color, backFaceCulling, or silhouetteSize would trigger an error.
